Every year, Växjö Konserthus [Concert Hall] offers a hundred or so public functions of different kinds. These range from classical music concerts and operas to musicals, rock concerts, theatre and stand-up entertainers. The performers come both from major professional companies and the well-filled amateur ranks in the region.
The functional beauty of the Christina Nilsson hall has an auditorium for 800 persons and is equipped with a flexible acoustic system which enables the premises to be adapted to different requirements. With a stage of 250 sq. m. and every conceivable technology this offers unique facilities.
The Karl Birger Blomdahl hall has capacity for 150 persons and is frequently utilised for classical music performances.
