We offer our guests a broad selection of good food and drink, everything from fancy dishes to meals for party groups. Here you can enjoy lunch or dinner in a stylistically pure and agreeable milieu and lean back in tranquillity while the personnel attend to your requests.
Respecting the raw materials available and seasonal variations, we offer a classic, Nordic menu with modern features. We select our suppliers with care and use a large amount of locally produced food. Our head chef, Berthold Fück, and his staff work continuously on developing and refining the cuisine in order, at all times, to be able to offer a menu that meets everyone’s requirements.
